Students do you need assistance logging into FCPS Google or FCPS 24-7 Blackboard?

Forgotten Password Guidance:

When students can no longer log into their FCPS Blackboard or FCPS Google accounts (glitch, forgotten password), the student's parent should send @email or @email the new password their student wishes to use and we will reset their password and confirm it was successfully changed. The password must have at least 8 characters, including at least 1 number, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 uppercase letter. The password must NOT contain the student's ID#, first name, or last name.
