- The mission of the Glasgow Middle School Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive, data-driven program to ensure all students become kind, culturally competent leaders in a complex global society. The school counseling program will ensure equity and access through collaboration and opening opportunities so that students will be advocates and achieve at high levels in their life-long pursuit of personal, social, career, and academic goals.
